Roast Veal (Asado de Ternera)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place the cut of veal (rib, sirloin, or leg) in a wooden, earthenware, or porcelain vessel.
  2. Marinate for six hours in vinegar, olive oil, two heads of onion and one of garlic ground together, pepper, salt, oregano, and ground cumin.
  3. Wipe the veal dry.
  4. Cook quickly on the grill or in a well-heated oven.
  5. Serve with salad.
