Roast Veal (Asado de Ternera)

Ingredients
- 1 cut veal (rib, sirloin, or leg)
- vinegar
- olive oil
- 2 heads onion, ground
- 1 head garlic, ground
- pepper
- salt
- oregano
- cumin, ground
- salad
Instructions
- Place the cut of veal (rib, sirloin, or leg) in a wooden, earthenware, or porcelain vessel.
- Marinate for six hours in vinegar, olive oil, two heads of onion and one of garlic ground together, pepper, salt, oregano, and ground cumin.
- Wipe the veal dry.
- Cook quickly on the grill or in a well-heated oven.
- Serve with salad.
