Instructions

  1. Macerate the angelica root, myrtle, clove, nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, and saffron strands in the alcohol for three or four days.
  2. In a separate vessel, dissolve the loaf sugar in the boiling water. Once fully dissolved, mix this syrup very thoroughly with the macerated alcohol.
  3. Filter the combined mixture through a fine strainer. The resulting liqueur is ready.
