Eggs with Ham

Ingredients
- some jamón (cured ham)
- as needed manteca (lard)
- several eggs
- as needed picatostes (fried bread cubes)
Instructions
- Fry the thin slices of jamón in a skillet. In the lard left behind from the ham, fry the eggs. Arrange the fried eggs and jamón alternately on a serving platter, garnishing the platter with picatostes.
