Eggs with Ham

Ingredients
- jamón (cured ham)
- manteca (lard)
- eggs
- picatostes (fried bread cubes)
Instructions
- Fry the thin slices of jamón in a skillet.
- In the lard left behind from the ham, fry the eggs.
- Arrange the fried eggs and jamón alternately on a serving platter, garnishing the platter with picatostes.
