• pine nuts

Instructions

1. Prepare a strong sugar syrup suitable for coating (almíbar fuerte, as for white glaze).
2. Toast the pine nuts in the oven.
3. Working vigorously with a spatula, repeatedly dip and withdraw the pine nuts from the syrup, ensuring the coating adheres evenly and uniformly across all the nuts.
