Grape Jelly

Ingredients
- grapes
- 100 grams sugar
- water
Instructions
- Separate the grape grains from the stems.
- Cook them in water until soft.
- Strain through a sieve to extract the juice.
- Measure the juice and place it in a pot with the fire.
- For every approximately 500 grams of juice, add 100 grams of sugar.
- Skim off the foam carefully as it rises.
- Remove from the heat when the mixture is well cooked and has reached a proper consistency (when it jellies upon cooling).
