Grape Jelly

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Separate the grape grains from the stems.
  2. Cook them in water until soft.
  3. Strain through a sieve to extract the juice.
  4. Measure the juice and place it in a pot with the fire.
  5. For every approximately 500 grams of juice, add 100 grams of sugar.
  6. Skim off the foam carefully as it rises.
  7. Remove from the heat when the mixture is well cooked and has reached a proper consistency (when it jellies upon cooling).
