Boiled Lobster

Ingredients

- salt
- 1 lobster
- mayonnaise
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and salt. Bring to a boil. Place the whole lobster, firmly tied, into the boiling water. Let it boil for half an hour. Remove the lobster and allow it to cool completely.
- Once cooled, remove the shell and the dark vein (intestinal tract). Cut the meat into thick slices and arrange them on a serving plate. Serve with mayonnaise on the side in a sauceboat, or cover the arranged lobster with mayonnaise.
