Circuit Hash

Ingredients

• 1 dozen tomatoes
• 1 quart butter beans
• 1 dozen ears of corn
• 0.25 pound pork

Instructions

1. Put the tomatoes, butter beans, and pork (or butter as a substitute) into a sauce-pan.
2. Stew for one hour.
3. Five minutes before dinner is served, add the corn to cook with the rest of the stew.
