Instructions

  1. Beat together six eggs—two using only the whites and four using only the yolks.
  2. Add half a tablespoon of white wine and one glass of milk.
  3. Beat again, then add small pieces of jamón (cured ham), mixing everything well.
  4. Pour the mixture into ramekins and cook in a water bath (bain-marie) until set.
