Instructions

  1. Beat together six eggs—two using only the whites and four using only the yolks. Add half a tablespoon of white wine and one glass of milk. Beat again, then add small pieces of jamón (cured ham), mixing everything well. Pour the mixture into ramekins and cook in a water bath (bain-marie) until set.
