Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the meat, tocino, and chorizo from the cocido.
  2. Mash the garbanzos from the cocido.
  3. Combine all of these ingredients together and form a paste.
  4. Bind the mixture with beaten egg, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Grease a mold with manteca or butter.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the mold and place in the oven.
  7. When it is golden brown, turn the mold out onto a serving plate.
  8. Garnish with sliced hard-boiled eggs and olives.
