Little Meatball Soup (Sopa de Albondiguillas)

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 taza milk
- 2 onzas butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- wheat flour
- broth
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Break four eggs into a bowl and beat them with a cup of milk, two ounces of butter, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper.
- Mix in wheat flour until the batter becomes a firm dough.
- Shape the dough into little balls the size of an olive, roll them in flour, and fry them in butter.
- Place the dumplings in the tureen.
- Pour over them very hot broth into which pepper and a beaten egg have been stirred.
