Instructions

  1. On a marble work surface, work together the flour, manteca (lard), sugar, and egg yolks until the dough is fine and uniform. Dust the marble with flour and roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
  2. Using the rim of a cup and pressing down on only half of the circle to create a crescent shape, cut out medias lunas. Place them on baking sheets and bake in the oven until golden.
