Meringue for Pudding

Ingredients

• 5 egg whites
• 4 tablespoonful sugar

Instructions

1. Beat the whites of five eggs until very light.
2. Mix four tablespoonfuls of sugar into the eggs and beat until light.
3. Spread thickly over pudding and put to brown.
