Sauce for Roll

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 1/2 teacups powdered sugar
• 1/2 nutmeg, grated
• 1 wineglass brandy

Instructions

1. Rub the butter and powdered sugar together until the mixture is light as cream.
2. Grate half a nutmeg and fold it in.
3. Beat the brandy into the creamed butter and sugar mixture until well combined.
