Ingredients
- 100 g manteca (lard)
- 200 g sugar
- 600 g flour
- 5 eggs
Instructions
- Beat the manteca (lard), sugar, and eggs together well. Gradually add the flour while continuing to beat.
- Shape the dough into small rosquettes (ring-shaped biscuits). Place them on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until well cooked through.
