Marinated Pork in Puff Pastry

Instructions

  1. Cut even pieces of seasoned pork (ribs or loin) and flatten each by pounding with a heavy object such as a pestle.
  2. Fry the pork in pork lard in an enameled porcelain or glazed earthenware pan until cooked.
  3. Arrange the pork in a dish between two layers of puff pastry.
  4. Bake in a very hot oven, since the short cooking time requires strong heat.
