Flannel Cake

Ingredients

• 1 quart flour
• 0.25 cup yeast
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

1. Mix flour with yeast and salt into a batter.
2. Make up the batter over night and put it to rise.
3. Just before baking, add baking soda and stir it well into the batter.
4. Bake on a nicely greased griddle for breakfast.
