Sauce for Boiled Fish or Boiled Mutton

Ingredients
- 1.5 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 gill sweet milk
- 4 whole eggs
- pepper
- salt
- parsley
Instructions
- Rub the flour and butter together until creamed.
- Boil the sweet milk.
- Add the boiled milk gradually to the creamed butter and flour, stirring constantly until thoroughly mixed.
- Season with pepper and salt to taste.
- Boil the eggs hard.
- Slice the eggs lengthways into four pieces each.
- Arrange the egg slices around the dish when you take up the fish to send to table.
- Garnish the dish with parsley.
