Corned Beef Hash

Ingredients
- 1 pound boiled corned beef
- 4 medium boiled Irish potatoes
- 1 slice onion
- 0.5 teaspoon mustard
- 2 sprigs parsley
- black pepper
Instructions
- Chop the boiled corned beef very fine.
- Boil four Irish potatoes until tender.
- While the potatoes are still hot, mash them together with the chopped beef.
- Add one slice of onion (chopped), half a teaspoonful of mustard, and two sprigs of parsley, mixing all together.
- Form the mixture into pones shaped like small loaves of bread.
- Bake until brown.
- Season with black pepper to taste.
