Instructions

  1. Pour one cup of strong, concentrated coffee into 250 ml of Dutch spirits (aguardiente de Holanda). In a separate pan, cook 500 g of good quality sugar into a syrup (almíbar). Mix the coffee-spirit mixture with the sugar syrup very thoroughly. Using a paper filter funnel (embudo de papel filtro), strain the mixture and bottle it.
