Sour Cherries in Brandy

Instructions

  1. Remove the stems from the sour cherries. Rub them clean with a cloth. Place them in a wide-mouthed glass jar. For each kilogram of cherries, add two hundred grams of white sugar and a few cinnamon sticks. Fill the jar with dry aguardiente (brandy) of the first quality, ensuring the cherries are completely covered. After one month, they are ready to serve.
