Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place 300 grams of powdered sugar and 200 grams of manteca (lard) on a work surface.
  2. Add 6 egg yolks and work all ingredients together by hand for three minutes until well combined.
  3. Sift 500 grams of flour and fold it into the mixture along with the lemon juice drops.
  4. Continue working until the dough becomes compact and holds together.
  5. Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough to your desired thickness.
  6. Cut shapes using a round mold or cutter.
  7. Arrange the shaped dough on baking sheets and bake in a moderate oven.
  8. Remove from the oven and dust generously with sugar while still warm.
