Ingredients
- 1 cuarta milk
- 1 cuarta natas (clotted cream)
- sugar
- bizcochuelo (sponge cake) slices
- natural cream
- confits (to garnish)
Instructions
- Thin clotted cream into milk, sweeten, and beat to a heavy foam.
- Spoon the foam over sponge-cake slices moistened with cream.
- Garnish with confits.
