Sponge Cake Filled with Mantecado

Ingredients

• sponge cake
• mantecado

Instructions

1. Bake a sponge cake in a mould, leaving a hollow in the middle.
2. Turn it out on to a fruit dish.
3. Fill the hollow with mantecado only at the moment of serving.
