Ingredients
- Artichokes
- Eggs
- Manteca (lard)
Instructions
- Peel and wash the artichokes, then soak them for a while in cold water.
- Drain them thoroughly. Coat them in beaten egg, then fry them in a pan with considerable manteca until they take on a good color.
