Rich Fish Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb fish
- 4 bowls water
- wheat flour
- olive oil
- tomato
- garlic
- onion
- bell pepper (pimiento)
- parsley
- bread
- roasted almonds and hazelnuts sauce
Instructions
- Clean the fish thoroughly.
- Dredge the fish lightly in flour.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan until very hot, then fry the fish until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same oil, add the finely chopped tomato, garlic, onion, bell pepper, and parsley.
- Sauté over gentle heat, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables begin to soften and release their flavors.
- Add the fried fish back to the pan and pour in the water (approximately four bowls for each pound of fish).
- Add bread as needed to thicken the soup slightly.
- Stir in the roasted almond and hazelnut sauce, distributing it evenly throughout.
- Simmer gently until the flavors meld and the soup reaches a rich, unified consistency.
