Ingredients
- cooked meat from cocido (Spanish stew) or other leftover meat
- jamón (cured ham)
- chorizo
- onion
- tomato
- 1 ladle caldo (broth)
- bell peppers
Instructions
- Fry the jamón and chorizo pieces in a large pan or cooking pot (cacerola) until they begin to render their fat and color.
- Add the finely chopped onion and tomato to the pan and fry everything together until the vegetables are cooked through.
- Add the leftover meat from the cocido or other cooked meat to the pan, along with a ladle of broth and the bell pepper strips cut into strips.
- Bring the entire mixture to a boil, stirring gently to combine all ingredients evenly, and cook until heated through.
