Poached Sea Bass

Ingredients

• sea bass
• mayonnaise sauce
• vinaigrette sauce

Instructions

1. Clean and season the sea bass.
2. Poach it in simmering water until cooked through.
3. Serve with mayonnaise sauce, or preferably with vinaigrette sauce.
