Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Fill a deep glass dish half full of jelly. Fill as many small fish-moulds as will lie conveniently in it with blanc mange.
  2. When the blanc mange is cold and the jelly has set, lay the moulds on the jelly as if going in different directions.
  3. Put in a little more jelly and let it get cold to keep the fish in their places.
  4. Then fill the dish so as to cover them completely.
