French Rolls

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour and add a little salt, a spoonful of yeast, two well-beaten eggs, and half a pint of milk. Knead the dough and set it to rise overnight.
  2. The next morning, work in an ounce of butter. Shape the dough into small rolls and bake them. The top crust should not be hard.
