Maccaroni Pudding

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound maccaroni
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 5 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 pint cream
- white meat
- boiled ham
- 3 spoonful grated cheese
- pepper
- salt
- butter
- rich gravy
Instructions
- Simmer half a pound of maccaroni in plenty of water with a table-spoonful of salt, till tender but not broke; then strain it.
- Beat five yelks and two whites of eggs with half a pint of cream.
- Mince white meat and boiled ham very fine, and add three spoonsful of grated cheese, pepper and salt.
- Mix these with the maccaroni.
- Butter the mould, put it in, and steam it in a pan of boiling water for an hour. Serve with rich gravy.
