Ingredients
- white rice
- mal hot water
- doe nuruk
- doe fine wheat flour
- white rice
- mal water
- doe nuruk
Instructions
- Wash 2 mal 5 doe of white rice, grind it, and make a porridge with 3 mal of hot water.
- When cold, mix in 4 doe nuruk and 2 doe fine wheat flour.
- After four or five days, wash 3 mal 5 doe of white rice, soak overnight, steam well, and blend with 3 mal of water.
- When cold, mix 2 doe nuruk into the base wine first, then set aside and use after fourteen days.
