Baksan-beop (Honeyed Puffed-Rice Confection)

Ingredients
- glutinous rice flour
- cheongju (clear rice wine)
- honey
Instructions
- Pound glutinous rice into flour and half-knead with good cheongju.
- Steam, then roll out with a bamboo stick and press as for noodles; cut like noodles, then into bean-sized pieces, and dry.
- Coat with honey, press together, and cut.
- If no white honey, boil honey down thick, melt it, press the pieces in, and cut yakgwa-sized.
