Ingredients
- sorrel, mountain mustard (san-gat), scallion, garlic
- manure (georeum) and soil
Instructions
- Dig a pit near the stable and spread manure and soil.
- Plant sorrel, mountain mustard, scallion, and garlic; cover with manure.
- The warm pit forces the greens for winter use; cucumber and eggplant can be grown likewise.
