Omelette

Ingredients
- 6 whole eggs
- parsley
- chives
- pepper
- salt
- butter
Instructions
- Break six or eight eggs into a dish and beat them lightly. Add chopped parsley and chives along with pepper and salt to taste, and mix everything together well.
- Put a piece of butter in a pan and let it melt over a clear fire until it is nearly brown. Pour in the egg mixture and stir it in. In a few minutes it will be done sufficiently. Double the omelette and serve it quite hot.
