A Mutton Chop

Ingredients

• 1 slice mutton
• pepper
• a little bit fresh butter
• salt

Instructions

1. Sprinkle the mutton slice with pepper.
2. Grill on a very hot gridiron, turning frequently.
3. Do not pierce it with a fork during cooking.
4. When done, rub a little fresh butter over it and season with salt.
5. Serve very hot.
