An Excellent Way to Dress Fish

Ingredients
- Fish
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/4 pound Butter
- Tomatoes
- Parsley
- Very little Onion
- Water
- Pounded cloves
- Wine
- Mushroom catsup
Instructions
- Dredge the fish well with flour and sprinkle salt and pepper on them. Fry them to a nice brown color, then set them aside to cool.
- Melt a quarter pound of butter in a frying pan. When it boils, fry the tomatoes (skins removed), nicely picked parsley, and a very little chopped onion until done.
- Add enough water to make sauce for the fish. Season the sauce with pepper, salt, and pounded cloves. Add some wine and mushroom catsup to the sauce.
- Place the fish in the sauce and when thoroughly heated, serve it up.
