Roasted Loin of Mutton

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut the loin of mutton into four pieces and remove the skin. Rub each piece with salt, then wash them with egg yolk. Mix bread crumbs, chopped parsley, pepper, and salt together, and coat each piece thickly with this mixture.
  2. Wrap each piece securely in paper. Place them on a bird spit and roast until done.
  3. Place a little brown gravy in the serving dish and garnish with pickle.
