To Roast Potatoes

Instructions
- Wash and dry your potatoes, selecting ones of uniform size. Place them in a tin Dutch oven or cheese toaster. Position them away from direct heat to prevent burning the outside before the inside is warmed through. Large potatoes will require about two hours to roast. Some cooks save time by half-boiling them first before roasting.
