Turnip Rooted Cabbage

Ingredients

• Turnip rooted cabbage root
• Water
• Butter

Instructions

1. The cabbage growing at the top is not good.
2. Cut the root in slices an inch thick, and peel off the rind.
3. Boil the slices in a large quantity of water till tender.
4. Serve it up hot, with melted butter poured over it.
