Ingredients
- salsify roots
- salt
- water
Instructions
- Scrape and wash the salsify roots. Place them into boiling salted water. When done, drain them and place them in the dish without cutting them up. Handle carefully to prevent exposure to air during scraping or after boiling, as this will cause them to blacken.
