Common Patties

Ingredients
- veal
- some slices boiled ham
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- small quantity parsley
- small quantity thyme
- a little gravy
- paste
Instructions
- Chop the veal (fat and lean) and boiled ham very fine together. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, grated nutmeg, and a small quantity each of minced parsley and thyme. Moisten with a little gravy to make a paste. Line the bottoms of small moulds with this paste, fill them with the meat mixture, and cover with thin paste lids. Bake until crisp. Five patties are enough for a side dish.
