To Pickle Nasturtiums

Instructions

  1. Gather the nasturtium berries when full grown but still young. Place them in a pot and pour boiling salted water over them. Let stand for three or four days. Drain off the water and cover the berries with cold vinegar. Add a few blades of mace and whole grains of black pepper.
