To Dress Cod Sounds

Ingredients
- cod sounds
- large quantity milk and water
- egg sauce
Instructions
- Steep the cod sounds as you would salt cod. Boil them in a large quantity of milk and water until they are very tender and white. Remove them from the pot and drain the water. Skin them carefully. Pour boiling hot egg sauce over them and serve.
