Another Method for Making Yeast

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel one large Irish potato and boil it until soft. Rub the boiled potato through a sieve. Add an equal quantity of flour to the sieved potato. Make the mixture sufficiently liquid by adding hop tea. When the mixture is a little warmer than new milk, add a gill of good yeast. Stir it well. Keep it closely covered in a small pitcher.
