An Excellent and Cheap Dessert Dish

Ingredients
- 1 pint small hominy
- 1 pint corn meal
- eggs
- milk
- butter
- molasses
Instructions
- Wash a pint of small hominy very clean. Boil it until tender. Add an equal quantity of corn meal. Mix in eggs, milk, and a piece of butter to make a batter. Bake it like batter cakes on a griddle. Serve with butter and molasses.
