To Broil Rabbits

Ingredients
- rabbits
- onion sauce
Instructions
- Case (clean and dress) the rabbits. Skewer them with their heads held straight up, the fore-legs brought down, and the hind-legs straight out. Boil them for three quarters of an hour at least. Smother them with onion sauce made the same way as for boiled ducks, and serve them up.
