Rice Woffles

Ingredients
- 2 gills rice
- 3 gills flour
- salt
- 2 ounces butter
- 2 eggs
- milk
Instructions
- Boil two gills of rice until quite soft. Mix the cooked rice with three gills of flour, a little salt, two ounces of melted butter, and two well-beaten eggs.
- Add milk until the mixture reaches the consistency of a thick batter.
- Beat the batter until very light, then bake it in woffle irons.
