Ice Cream (Vanilla)

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 pint milk
- 3 oz sugar
- 1/2 pint cream
- essence of vanilla
Instructions
- Make a custard with three eggs and half a pint of milk, sweetened with sugar — three ounces.
- Whip half a pint of cream and mix it with the custard.
- Flavour with essence of vanilla, and freeze.
