Pudding (Yorkshire)

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs, 3 tablespoonfuls of flour, 1 pint of milk, and salt all together.
  2. Either bake in a pan or under the roast. Time, half an hour.
  3. If eggs are scarce, chop up two ounces of suet and mix as above, and bake in the same way.
  4. This pudding should be made flat and cut in squares.
