Tartlets (Marmalade Cream)

Instructions

  1. Line some patty-pans with puff paste.
  2. Now fill them with this mixture: one tablespoonful of apricot marmalade, the yolks of two eggs, one white, and the weight of one egg in butter and in sugar.
  3. Whip all to a cream; put into the little tins.
  4. Bake in a hot oven twenty minutes. To be eaten cold.
